外国住民用「ほっとスルメール」登録者募集中／Disaster Prevention Information Email in English and Easy Japanese 

八戸市では、気象情報・緊急情報などを、外国人住民の皆さん向けに、英語・やさしい日本語（※）で配信しています。

Hotto Suru Email is a service that sends out disaster and safety information to cell-phone and PC email addresses.
Services are available in English and Easy Japanese.

※やさしい日本語：一般的な日本語よりも簡単で、外国人の方にもわかりやすいです。

＊Easy Japanese：Japanese that is simpler than standard Japanese that is easy for foreign residents to understand.

１．料金（Cost）

登録料及び情報利用料は無料（ただし、通信料は利用者の負担になります。）

Registration and information services are free.(However, telecommunication fees remain.)

２．配信情報及び配信言語（Information Sent）

①津波情報日本語、英語、 やさしい日本語で配信津波警報・津波注意報、 津波に伴う避難情報
Tsunami Informationavailable in Japanese, Easy Japanese and Englishtsunami advisories / warnings, evacuation information
②緊急情報英語または やさしい日本語から選択地震・台風などの災害情報、 避難勧告・指示や避難所開設情報
Emergency Informationavailable in English or Easy Japaneseearthquakes,typhoons, evacuation advisories / warnings, the opening and location of evacuation centers
③ライフライン情報英語または やさしい日本語から選択電気・ガス・水道の事故などに関する情報
Lifeline Informationavailable in English or Easy Japaneseproblems with electricity, gas and water
④火災発生情報 （希望者のみ）日本語のみ
Fire Disaster Information （optional）only available in standard Japanese

希望する方はどなたでも登録できます。

Registration is open to everybody!

４．登録方法（How to register）

登録を希望する方は、次の情報を添えてお申し込みください。

Please apply with the following information

・名前 / name

・住所 / address

・電話番号 / phone number

・メールアドレス / email

・希望の言語（英語・やさしい日本語）/ desired language（English or Easy Japanese）

・火災情報の有無 / whether or not you wish to receive fire disaster information
